Scarifier SC-300P

Proper surface preparation is essential to achieving good results when planning to overlay or restore existing concrete. Scarifiers, also known as surface planers or milling machines, remove concrete faster and more aggressively than grinders. This is due to the pummeling action of multi-tipped cutting wheels, or flails that rotate at high speeds to chip away at the concrete surface.

Scarifier Applications

The SC-300P floor scarifier is ideal for medium to large jobs requiring a 300mm cutting width such as:

  • Planing or keying concrete

  • De-scaling and removal of paint, vinyl and other coatings from concrete and steel floor
  • Preparation of floors for painting or re-surfacing
